How to use the built in feature to save Office Word and Excel documents as a .pdf or .xps file.

The ability to save as a pdf is built in to Office 2013, so there is no need to download additional add-ons.

  1. Click on the File tab.
  2. Go to "Save as"
  3. Select "Computer" then "Browse".
  4. Then click "Save as Type" and select .pdf.
